I'm gonna say it - Morrison didn't destroy Talia with the rape storyline. Why would you say that? Cause it's racism. Oh damn so I guess the way she was written & appeared before wasn't racist at all. Her writing has always been racist but I guess that wasn't a problem when she could serve to the white male specimen as his exotic hot side chick. Did I mention she's hot? Or when he was forced to marry her. She's defined by the men in her life since her introduction - daughter of the terrorist, LI to the ultimate good white man, mother of good white man's son. In fact her complexity starts at her confusion whom to choose. Choices choices. All before Morrison. But no, it was that one male SA storyline that destroyed HER character. The problem was HER writing in that one specific run not how Bruce is an SA victim, not how the writing ignored his status as SA victim. Cause that was what ultimately destroyed her character, not all the racism that she was created & appeared with previously and continues to be written with.
