I sat down with my dear mom a few months back and chatted about her father, the lack of fathers in our family in general, and what the hell she was thinking not telling me who my real dad was for 30 years.
Some of you have now heard about Uncle Dink but do you know about Sissy, Dokey, Pokey, Pootie, and Hooch? No, you don't. But now you will.
I finally get to the bottom of why my mother always wants to have so many dogs (Spoiler: it's sad!) and what happens to you emotionally when you're raised without affection. As it turns out, it kinda makes you want to work for the CIA.
Also, someone in my family established the Presbyterian church. Sorryyyy, Presbyterians!
