why do you say jensen is a better actor than jared?

I have working eyes. And ears.

I can’t find it now but there was some guy on TikTok once giving examples of bad acting tricks and in one of his examples he would scoff after every word and 75% of the comments were like, “Jared Padalecki”. That this particular TikTok has nothing to do with JarPad or Supernatural made this very funny to me. He got very dependent on these weird tics and it makes scenes that are supposed to be highly emotional (the s8 finale comes to mind) more irritating than affecting. Or often unintentionally funny.

I’ve said it before but I do find JarPad to be a really good comedic actor. I wish there were more scenes where he got to utilize this. And he was really good at being sad over having to shoot Madison the werewolf. He should have brought the dead dog technique to more emotional scenes. Maybe he’s a method actor at heart.
