A little ref sheet I made for myself for my Rook. :)
Net doesn't get much sleep due to persistent nightmares (I saw the dark circles complexion and knew exactly what I wanted to do. 🤣), and LOVES her home. Bellara is the only one that beats her love for the Necropolis, and that is only a level reached by endgame time. And barely.
I played her as leaning more emotionally driven and purple.
One of these days I'll give myself time to actually finish my birthday drawing. This was not the day.
As is my norm, for my birthday, I draw Edelgard for her's (and Byleth gets included sometimes because I put my date in the game).
My solution to not finishing Aymr was to just drop a heavy shadow on the vague sketch I left and call it quits. 🤣 I already accepted that the piece wasn't leaving the rough phase.
No new piece for another trip around the sun this year. I ended up being really stressed out with a health scare for my dog and couldn't focus on a piece. Aldwyn's doing fine, actually got results back on birthday. No surgery like we were afraid for.
Might share the different WIPs of pieces I was debating doing before the stress at a later time.
But yeah, just gonna reblog last years. Sorry.
Happy Mother's Day WIP
Thought since I only have two PCs with children in my canon worldstate, it'd be fun to draw a little Mother's Day thing on my lunch. Wasn't happy with it, so I tried to work on it at home.
Unfortunately, I did not finish for the day. But enjoy the WIP for now. I will finish.

A late Valentine's Day piece. First year in a while I considered not sharing one, I wasn't happy with how it turned out, but felt wrong not to. So better late than never, I suppose.

I am a smidge late, but Happy Dragon Age Day!
I have nothing finished to share (art block still got me), so I threw together a compilation of doodles and WIPs in its place. 🥲

Just a shoulder nap.
I imagine this happened BEFORE the first romance confirmation. Before Amunet realized she liked Bellara, and when Bellara was already crushing on Net.
Amunet tries not to fall asleep around other people (she is never sure how she'll wake up because of nightmares), so this is a pretty big sign of trust from Net.
Despite torturing Bel with her obliviousness...
More doodling~
This time, a serious Amunet and Gwyneth (whose arm I'm figuring out still, and tattoo I forgot 🥲).
Gwyn is more serious than Net as a whole, but Net has her moments.
Figured I'd try out a tablet to try and bring more of my digital art with me so that I'm less likely to gain new ideas to distract me from what I'm already working on. 😅
There's a definite learning curve with this, I've never really drawn on a mobile tablet, but I'm getting there. And here's some Bellarook doodles I did as practice.

Time has changed a lot of things in my life and in me, but not my love for these games.
Glad to add a Rook to the family. 😊
If it's not gonna show Rook and Bellara dancing, that just means I'm drawing it myself. 😌
Net is a pretty bad dancer, but having a blast.
I love Bellara's romance.
To resume my Veilguard companion doodles, and the first of my lunch doodles this week, I present a Bellara.
As you can see, I gave up on her guantlet arm thing.
I'll be taking lots of ref screenshots when the game comes out.
Also, how many pouches does one elf need.

Anyways, from what we've seen and been told, I feel like I'm gonna really like Bellara.
I did end up really liking Bellara. 😁 So my instincts were correct.
Her and Neve were my expected favorites, and they held that spot.
Figuring out the outifts while I sketched out the pieces I want to do.
Bellara and her too-tired necromancer girlfriend, Amunet, who is just a tad too happy about undead stuff.
Amunet ironically turned out like a better-kept Caoimhe with curly hair. 😅 I'm pretty consistent with custom PC appearances, I guess...
