this mod cleans up and reopens the atlantis from johnny's flashback, makes it a functional club like others in NC

unlocks the entrance, removes barriers and garbage, adds music, sfx, a few minor decor additions

brings NPC back to club, both clubgoers and employees (NPC are interactable, have randomized appearances, react to violence/player proximity etc)

adds interactable bartenders/vendors to the bars on each floor

adds fast travel point to location

removes gate behind the building, unlocks doors inside the club to back rooms

replaces elevator to make it functional outside original quest

cameos: nina kraviz is the DJ, rogue and nix from afterlife can sometimes be found upstairs
