I didn't want to do this, but I need to create emergency commisions. I've been unable to get a job for the past two months, and after this month, I'll be relying on whatever my parents can afford to gift me to help cover my bills. Usually they cannot lend more than a $100 dollars on occasion, and my monthly bills exceed $750. That's just bills: not food or litter for my cats, or medical expenses that my boyfriend and I are backed up on.

What is a proofreader? A proofreader is not a beta-reader. A proofreader as a grammar checker, as well as someone who checks to make sure your piece flows cohesively. Ever have a teacher tell you to add a "transition sentence" at the end and start of each paragraph? My job is to check those and help suggest how to rework it or make it a smoother transition.
I expect payment halfway through the project. This is to avoid me being scammed out of work. Once you send the payment, I will send what is completed.
If you're just going to comment anything about how "generative AI could do it better", leave. I realize this may seem like a useless service to those who use bots like Grammarly. I even considered not making a post due to this. My question is, do you really trust an AI bot over human intelligence?
