I’ve re read a couple of spoiler articles again (just the ones that don’t explicitly mention him) in light of now knowing robert isn’t in the episode and sarah is the one who met her 15 years ago… and they are all super vague about how she is connected tbf but I am sort of wondering if at least in next week’s episode she doesn’t actually reveal how she is connected to the sugdens at that point?? With the World Cup schedule we are not getting proper weeks of episodes at all so god knows how this was all really filmed - suspect knowing when actors were allegedly back at work doesn’t mean much in this case - robert could be back to meet Serena the week after. Idk this is not me forcing positivity by any means (lol) it’s more being exhausted by a combination of spoilers, speculation and disappointment that I’m just going to see where this sl goes and decide what I think as I see it. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I do think the show essentially sticking their finger in the air and saying ‘uhh yeh kev is pansexual now sure’ is pretty indicative of how sloppily written he and his overall story were the last time around that they would even try and hand wave this through. Nothing that happened last time around matters it had no consequences so the only thing the audience needs to remember is that comedic character kev is lewis’s biological father and that’s that.
