Haven’t had time to work on art lately D; focused on work and finishing a fic that’s due to be released soon but I’m hoping to get in some sketching in the next day or so for filming T-T

I honestly can’t remember where I learned this from but the takeaway here is that if you’re having trouble drawing hands, use a thick brush and just draw the sticks of fingers and the squareish part of the hand like some semi-structured blob and then go back over with your sketching of the general shapes afterward.

✨Family✨

I was working in this a while ago and it sat forever unfinished so I decided to leave it unfinished and post it anyway. When you hear or see the word family, who pops into your head to make you smile? The family you were born with? Adopted into? The family you made from the friends you found? The pets you took in? Or maybe just in that one singular person? Family can mean many different things to many different people. To me, family is love.

What are you working on today?

Sharing some oldies but goodies for a series that’s also an oldie but goodie.

It’s been 5 years since the start of Love Mechanics and Yin and War’s adventures together. I found this show on a whim one day a few years ago, roughly a few months after the retelling/expanded series came out and I can’t believe this tiny show made such an impact on my life.

I joined a new community, made new friends, found a passion for my art again. These two guys and their silly show of silly people finding their own way to fall in love means a lot to me.
