Dear anyone who bothered to read my little Carlando story, and anyone who continued to read the 1 update I gave you guys this year- I’m really sad and disappointed that it’s all I managed to publish this year, but this year has really put me through it, as I know it has many of you. But I have a good feeling about 2023, and rest assured Nothing’s Gonna Hurt You Baby has not been abandoned, and I aim to publish an update (even if it’s shorter than I envisioned) in time for the Orthodox New Year🎉 HAPPY NEW YEAR🎉 and sincerely thank you all so much for reading, leaving kudos, and most of all commenting. Your comments have improved some really crappy days, and although I have yet to respond to each comment individually, please know how immensely grateful I am!

If Max had won, because he’d been faster and it was clean, fair enough.

But that’s not how it was. The racing was fairly clean, but he wasn’t faster. And it ended with blatant rule breaks from the FIA themselves.

Lando’s rotten luck made him lose P5 in the championship, I’m so mad. But I’m glad the P5 was for Carlos, he has done an outstanding season and he definitely deserves it.

While Susie Wolff is a great race driver and was a test and reserve driver for Williams she never raced in a GP (she did start do FPs in 2014/15 I think though? So honorable mention)

These 5 women are the only one‘s who qualified for and started a GP

The list of female reserve and test drivers is far longer than just 5 names 💕

To add to this:

Only Maria and Lella raced in official F1 races

Divinia and Giovanna failed to qualify

Desiré DID qualify and she DID race - however the race was later removed from the championship because of some infighting in the FIA or sth (but also I am being super nitpicky here, I know)
