Ramadhan - Day 1
I hope to keep my diet green, healthy and clean throughout this Holy month. I have high hopes for my eczema skin!
Suhoor: 1 cup apple cider vinegar drink, 1 granny smith.
Iftar: 3 dates, water.
After maghrib: 1 fuji apple, iceberg lettuce with peanut butter, carrot nori rolls.
Notes:
I had just an apple for breakfast as it was the only fruit i have at the time. I only went for groceries later in the evening. lol. I noticed that 1 small apple did not supply me enough energy to go through the day.
*make mental notes to eat more during suhoor*
I also find lettuce with peanut butter is actually just delicious! I should substitute bread with lettuce.
As for the carrot nori rolls, my original intention was to prepare veggie nori rolls, but i could not get hummus, pea shoots and cucumber! My thought is that everyone attacked the supermarket, haha! The cucumber rack was nada.
Anyways, looking forward to Day 2. Wishing all my Muslim friends a good Ramadhan! Salam alaikum.
