Thinking about Leon coming home post-Requiem to Chris and there's no big fight. No big blow up of emotion. Just a strong, gentle embrace like Chris is holding the most precious thing in the entire world. He'd lead Leon into the bathroom and help peel his grimey gear off piece by piece. Running his hands over skin free from his infection, and tears well in his eyes as relief washes over him like a baptism. Chris turns the water on and steps inside the shower with Leon and cleans every inch of him by hand. Slowly, methodically, and with so much love. He pours shampoo into his hands and gently washes every lock of Leon's hair and Leon can finally breathe a full breath without his lungs aching and convulsing. They stay in there longer than they should because Chris can't stop peppering kisses on his scarred back. Their brains are finally quiet, at least for one single night.

Day 3 - illness

After the mission, Leon was pretty much in a bad shape. He needed a real recovery, his organs were still pretty messed up due to the raccoon city syndrome. So he was at the hospital for a month or so. Chris was there for him every day, he gave him good food from home that he made and he slept on the chair while watching Leon sleeping. He wanted to be there always like never before. He didn't want to lose him again. With all these efforts, Leon is just so grateful, so he is just watching Chris...
