I can’t help but laugh when VLD fans act all shocked and horrified that there’s fans in their 20s and 30s. Like you do realize VLD is remade from an 80s show? That Voltron is a franchise spanning 30 years? That has has spinoffs, sequels and comics? Like my god

also tbh I was never into voltron before vld, but I like it because it's an older kids show. it's mostly fun with just a little bit of drama and it doesn't stress me out or make me cry, but I can still have strong emotions invested in the story. there's a reason most of my favorite shows and movies were made for kids. I have enough stress and adult problems in real life; I don't need those shenanigans pulled into my activities for fun, too.
