I'm gonna start by saying I'm not vegan because i still love eating/cooking meat. But i make sure to eat a vegan meal every day. Everyone is actually lactose intolerant.... So why does everyone think milk is a God send? Vegetables and soy aid in the apoptosis of old/dead cells in the digestive system, NOT meat, that's a fact. This helps prevent cancer of the colon. That's coming from lectures my nutrition professor's presentation (and backed up with numerous experiments)

Also, the largest cost to the dairy industry is mastitis, bc their cows are sad af.
