Uhhh.. yeah, all medical procedures are free here. What ship are you comein' from? We have a surgery to remove the uterus, and keep it if you wanna donate it or have it put back in. We also got one that'll just stop the cramps. Also, if you call me boner again, I ain't doin' your surgery.

Doctor McCoy, though some of my colleagues are reticent about working with humans due to their illogicy, I believe that understanding the illogical mind of humans may aid in the treatment of patients at El-Keshtanktil.

I would be interested in collaborating with you on this research, though due to past events I will not take offence if you refuse.

You've done nothing to wrong me personally, T'Pring, so I'd be happy to collaborate with you on a medical treatment. Whatever it takes to help the patients. Humans work real strange, but once you get em' down its fairly easy to get a read on whats goin' through our heads. Really helps with reluctant patients.

how do I stop depriving myself of sleep it's combining with other life factors and not helping :(

for one, i know its hard, but you cant have any naps during the day. Ill permit you as much caffine as it takes to do that. For two, put any screens you use on warm light mode. For three, Ill just give you a sleping pill to knock you out. Cheers.
