One of the reasons that I think Game Changer is so popular with the tumblr audience is because of its similarities to Blorbo culture.

the entire show is just Sam putting contestants (blorbos) into A Situation™️

Blorbos are put in survivor. Blorbos are put on a catfishing show where they catfish each other. Blorbo is put in A Situation ™️ that is specifically designed to piss him off. Several times. The guy controlling the blorbos gets blorboed into his own Situation™️ AND HE GETS THERAPY.
