The worst part about my favourite Battlemech being the Marauder is that it’s damn well impossible to find art of it on Tumblr.

If it makes you feel better, it's a pretty common problem.

Doesn't matter if you're searching for "Raven", "Catapult", "Atlas", "Dragon", "Nova", "Crab", "Champion", "Highlander", or any of a dozen other mechs: you aren't getting Battletech results unless you adjust your search or start really digging.

That's sadly how it goes: Battletech is a niche fandom and the mech names are extremely generic.

At least there are results to find now! For a very long time the only thing available for some mechs was shitty line art from the 80s.

Right so, just had a thought.

So, I was scrolling through YouTube and saw a thing that asked whether or not I thought Lizzy was overrated or underrated or whatever right?

And I thought “I kinda wish people would make more fanfics or whatever with her as the focus”. You with me so far?

So anyway my brain then conjured up the pairing of N x Lizzy and it promptly consumed my soul and I desperately wish to see this actualised in some way. Be it a fic, art, whatever.

And if I have to do it with my own damn hands then so be it.

I like to imagine that when Uzi, N and V all get their own place that Uzi sets up a bigass hamster wheel somewhere in the apartment that N and V go absolutely wild with.

Like they just hop in and sprint like their lives depend on it, like they’ll die if they dare to slow down.

Why? I dunno, could be because they have too much excess energy without needing to hunt, could be some cat/dog instinct to just go for it, could be some form of exercise.

No, we aren’t getting season 2, Uzi having a new shirt for the event doesn’t mean we’re getting season 2.

Believe me when I say I want a season 2 as much as the rest of you (if not more) but please for the love of god TEMPER YOUR EXPECTATIONS!

Chances are; it’s a big merch drop with (fingers crossed) the extended version of Forever dropping alongside it. If it is indeed somehow season 2… well slap my ass and call me Susan, but I don’t think that’s gonna happen.

Hey ya'll just as a theory in Minecraft, if I needed a few disassembly drones to string up like this/being panicked and flying away in a little thing I'm working on how many of you would sacrifice ocs to me? Their designs would be tweaked just a little to make them fit on Bismuth-12 (just the leg and tail types you see me using all the time. Unless you want them to be a specific type which is also cool)

It was actually $75.

The chairs, however, were paid for in human life. I inherited them; they were originally my great grandmother's. But they're not particularly rare-- you can find these exact chairs without a lot of effort, in reasonable shape, for not that much money. They made a lot of them.

Okay!! We have doordrobe! It's not quite done but after nearly turning myself into an hellpancake while carrying this in from the garage to the house, I feel like I should call it a night.
