We've found strange geometries, clearly artificial spreading out great distances from the structures. The structures themselves are rather dull beyond having row after row of messages in various written languages. These were a treasure trove of knowledge as each language appeared to have the same message warning of a powerful and dangerous force trapped underground. Clearly whoever built these believed in some great curse and was devoted enough to stopping it to gather as many languages as they could to warn any who might come after.

This is a huge win for the linguists. We should dig around the site some more and see if we can find any more languages.
