"Efficiency."
We've gone from conspiracy theories saying that Trump would protect us from evil child killing cults to Trump staged his own assassination attempt so he could build his own White House ballroom.
The documentary Leaving Neverland has effectively been buried from public view. The estate couldn't stop the 2019 release, but they brought a case which dragged on until a 2024 settlement, after which HBO agreed to remove the documentary from its platform. This resulted in its removal from HBO and its current unavailability in the U.S.
You can watch the doc in 9 other countries or with a VPN.

The estate leveraged an old contract to suppress the film’s distribution. They made a biopic Michael to gain momentum and keep the documentary from public view.
There is a sequel called Leaving Neverland 2: Surviving Michael Jackson which is available for free on YouTube in the U.S. because HBO declined to air it.
Suppressing the doc is a long‑standing strategy of the Jackson estate to defend Jackson’s public image by trying to keep survivor's stories from the public.
HBO retains the license until 2029, after which the director says he intends to redistribute it independently. I hope that happens so survivors can be believed.

Do people realize that Pete Hegseth wasn't quoting Pulp Fiction, he was quoting a 1973 Japanese film titled Bodigâdo Kiba (The Bodyguard)? Quentin Tarantino just stole the Ezekiel 25:17 verse from the film.

President Donald Trump has cast another mail ballot in Florida as he continues to publicly bash the voting method as a source of fraud and push Congress to curtail the practice.
Palm Beach County voter records show the president voted by mail in a Tuesday special election for state legislative seats and that his ballot has been counted. Early in-person voting in the contest ran through Sunday, when Trump was still at his south Florida estate.
The White House did not immediately return an Associated Press request for comment. Aides have said Trump’s ire is directed at states using universal mail-in voting, not individual voters who may not be able to get to a polling place.
Nonetheless, Trump has in the last week called mail-in voting “cheating” and “corrupt as hell.” He is urging Congress to pass the SAVE Act, a sweeping bill that would bar universal mail ballots and limit the options to a select few voters — such as those with disabilities, military commitments or who are traveling on Election Day. The measure faces steep odds in the closely divided Senate even with the president’s pressure.
The SAVE Act would impose severe restrictions on mail in voting, but trump thinks he's above the law.
