This boy has been in my WIP file, just sitting unfinished for like two months now. I wish to set him free.

I really like backgrounds now tho! Trying to push myself to do more in my peices (and free to do so with no more assignments 👀) They just add so much and i think there fun

But this painting is of Binghe in the abyss! I wanted more yucky miserable art of white lotus binghe but wasn’t finding any i jived with so i rolled up my sleeves and pulled my boots up and got to work 🫡

i’m rewatching mdzs (the anime, live dramas scare me) and i forgot how much watching wei wuxian makes me want to smack my head against the wall.

it’s been memed upon he meets like litearrly everyone he ever knew in the first day being back but id just like to bring up. this dude was so obvious. so annoying. that his highschool homeroom teacher, from 20 years ago. recognized him. when he was a transfer student for like. a month.

how criminally annoying do you have to be. to be that memorable. that he recognized you from behind 20 years later and with a diffrent face

Binghe!!! i just think he’s such a interesting character. He’s such a weirdo. I could go more into him but i’ll spare you. Art isn’t up to my usual quality but i’m tired of the wip hell.

Little Art Notes: I prefer couples looking really different so i like to draw binghe with brown hair (plus i like the contrast of intense man with soft features) , the pink highlights are self indulgent. I drew his demon mark stretching a little more along his temple, i think it would be fun if they were harder to hid, and i like to imagine them a little grander in my head. Tried to make the mark look a little like blood or tiger stripes, did it work? His outfit is a combo of designs i’ve seen for him, i just wanted to draw him no stress. His pointy ears are inspired by all the art of hua cheng with them 😭 i think they’re very cute. Would’ve draw him with jewelry but he doesn’t seem the type beyond some arm bracers, he strikes me as someone who doesn’t think to treat himself like that. i meant to draw him a little older looking who knows why he ended up a little younger. i guess this would be just out the abyss, but hes coquette in his misery 🎀

At this point i’ll sooner see heaven before i see my man’s face from my hand. Every month, i muster up the courage to draw him, my princess, my baby girl, my pookie, and every month i fail. Hell is real and it’s this reality where i can’t seem to draw my favorite right.

Somewhere along the line, someone must’ve heard my order wrong. I ordered True form Sukuna and all i got in return was this pile of pretty boys. Just take them off my hands. I can’t stand to look at them.

Most upsettingly i’m sure these aren’t even a sliver of how much failed sukuna art i have. 😞 One day…..you’ll see him here,,,gracing our beautiful dashes….,,, that’s when you’ll know.
