i'd just like to point out that during their season 4 fight, mike told eleven that she's a superhero and she said "not anymore". and mike's response was...... nothing. That was the end of the scene. he had been trying to comfort her and he could think of nothing else that was good about her besides her powers. He could have told her she still is a superhero to him, she's still special. But that was the end of the discussion.
