1) It’s the first draft

2) You can edit it

3) It’s not permanent 

4) You can delete the whole thing if you need to

Don’t spend two hours trying to construct the perfect sentense, paragraph, or chapter. Maybe during the editing phase, sure. But never during drafting. If it’s really important to you than leave yourself a note with the general idea you’re trying to convey, and the words that are popping into your head that you can’t connect. This will make it easier in the editing phase and alright for you to move on now.
