Cat paws anatomy studies ~
this showed up in my FB memories, the lightning bolt trick! I don't sketch out the lightning bolt much nowadays but it's still super helpful when I need to lay out tricky arms and leg poses. And I still apply the logic of it, especially with how I draw arms :' ) Biggest thing it helps with is shape breakdown and visualization, we gotta use whatever works to break down shapes into simpler concepts for our brains 👏💓
Notes on drawing babies!
Kiza totally forgot he is blind ,poor dorky boy ✨🐅
A mouth-watering fuck-ton of hand angle references.

BLESS YOU, YOU WONDERFUL PERSON
Wings anyone?
People often say to me: “You draw like some kind of inhuman machine. If I eat your brain, will I gain your power?” The answer is yes, but there is another way. The key to precise drawing is building up muscle memory so that your arm/hand/fingers do the things you want them to do when you want them to do them. Teaching yourself to draw a straight line or to make sweet curves is just a matter of practice and there are some exercises you can do to help improve. If you’re going to be doodling in class or during meetings anyway, why not put that time to good use?
I love them so much 😭 (first time drawing issho 🙏)
He does he does
crocodile telling mihawk to “come here” like he’s pspspsing a stray cat
crocodile telling mihawk in that tone that they’re the same in their distrust of others
mihawk wordlessly going along with crocodile’s proposition like he’s a stray cat agreeing to be fed
It's been in my head for SO LONG!!! "like he's pspspsing a stray cat" XD
genuinely one of the worst things that’s happened to television in the last few years (exacerbated by streaming services) is death of Filler. going from 20 episodes to 8 because “we didn’t really need that episode where the main characters went to the beach right? it had no long lasting effect” but we DID!!! we needed to see how they act without the Big Bad Plot and to establish the dynamics between the characters and lay in the sun (do they forget sunscreen? how do they react to a thieving seagull? do they get buried in the sand or do they do the burying?). the plot isn’t everything. the action doesn’t hit as hard without the quiet moments. give us character development and our little scenes back

OP - going with the flow
Saw a random video of a crocodile floating down the river and thought "that's vacation Croc vibe", so I made this.
It's a little messy, but idc...
