The day you told me to move on and that I was nothing to you was all it took for me to finally cut the cord. Many people say to just walk away, but forget that sometimes thats’s easier said than done. Soul ties are real and relationships built off trauma bonding have to be one of the hardest to detach yourself from. However, when you said those words and walked away from me it was exactly what was needed for me to finally see you for who you are and put myself first.

One thing I’ve learned is that it’s better to speak up, then to not. To say how you feel even if it may hurt someone else or end a friendship.
