whilst i love all and every interpretations, its a bit too common for people to think enoch is greedy and egotistical.

in my opinion he's not greedy or do things for his own gain. he's doing things that he did for his own people. no evidence that he take the sugar for himself (like Sugar the character did). he distributed it to people

before things going awry he always has this pride of a guardian having the 'happiness fortress' where people are happy. i think he still deluding himself when that's no longer the case, since he has god-complex level of ego. he's switching to a more 'substance abuse' kind of giving happiness for people but thinking that since his people are happy he's still the guardian with the happiness fortress. he thinks he still succeed in his role.

i mean he's still evil and everything but i dont think he's greedy or egotistical like how people keep saying it.
