Things that people who didn't play splatoon one missed and I silently cry for you

-amazing mid transformation frames

-carbon roller with burst bombs and the stronger carbon roller in general. It's godly.

-Squid jump. 100% the best way to wait for a match

-Blinding lime green

-The stupidity and adorableness that is saltspray rig.

-kraken

-the joy of your whole team saving up and letting off one of these bad boys at the last second of a match.

-plus a map always open in your hands.

And of course actually knowing everything that in the next two games they reference to the first game. Agent 3, important sunken scrolls, etcetera.

About Maple!: she’s a hard *ss and is very blunt. she’s an octo solider who made that bow seeing as it’s not a real thing and all (core really wanted her to have a bow). she’s pretty clueless with being civil or making friends. she’s one of the solider leaders, wont hesitate on killing someone in her way. can’t take a joke.

@coreink002 ‘s octarian oc cocoa! about cocoa!: she’s got clear ink and is unable to change the color at all. (meaning the ‘skin’ should probably be clear too but cut us some slack haha.) she’s also the product of incest and has been bullied excessively because of it. she is a complete push over and would basically do anything you told her to. mostly a sweet girl and loving but nothing in particular stands out about her besides her looks and her shyness. wouldn’t dare to stand up for herself. sense her ink is clear she can’t fight, it doesn’t hurt anyone enough for that.
