For those of you who are saying "no american/Texan would actually talk like that", I can tell you I have an uncle that would give Quincy a run for his money.

Texan slang is more common among farmers. In the cities you won't get so much, but there are literally places where if you talk to someone you will not understand a word of what they say unless you are used to it.

Boomhauer from King of the Hill was based off a real person who left a complaint on a voice-mail message. Just... putting that out there for reference.

Quincy's colloquial way o' talkin' is a decent Irish approximation of a Texan turning it up to 11. :P
