i know loneliness consumes you sometimes. i know you want to reach out, to call anyone, to be hugged, to feel less alone⌠and i know how painful it is when you feel like itâs just you. but it wonât always be like this. it wonât always be this painful and isolating to live. there are so many people who will love you, who will drive you home, who will laugh at your jokes and listen to you ramble about the things you love. i promise. please hang in there. loneliness fades and you will feel the warmth of connection again.

i'm seeing a therapist again for the first time in a while tomorrow because my depression and my anxiety disorder has been really bad but i can't help but be scared that she'll find about my eds. an0r*xia really fucked up my brain badly

me and my boyfriend decided to go as genderbended version of bubblegum(him) and marceline(me) for halloween and that just boosted my motivation to loose weight quickly. i just won't feel confortable cosplaying again at my cw, and that character in particular.
i really want to lose at least 15lbs, and hope for 20, so, starting today, i'll be planning every week to halloween as much as i can. here's for the coming week.

If youâre like me, you have or you want to start a little something called a Thinspo Journal. If you already know everything you wanna do with your journal, you can probably skip this post. But these are just ideas for the clueless ones, like myself.
Warning: Long!
Tracking
Body Measurements- I keep track of the measurements of my neck, wrists, thighs, waist, bust, and ankles. You can mark down each time this mumber gets lower or higher
Weight Loss- Mark down your goal weight(s), when you lose weight, and when you reach certain marking points!
Calorie Intake- Itâs important that you know how much youâre eating. By tracking your foods and calories youâll be able to see any reoccurring patterns in your eating, if youâre staying below your calorie limit, what foods are the (un)healthiest and which you eat most often.
Fasts- Keeping track of your fasts is important. Youâll be able to tell what much you burn during your fasts by the time, how much you lose going how long, and how long youâre able to last. 3-6 hours burns sugar and glucose cells, 6-36 burns carbs and fats, 36+ burns fats and proteins.
Inspiration
Thinspo, Meanspo, Sweetspo- It is called a Thinspo Journal, after all. If these things help motivate you, go ahead and pop âem in.
Progress Pictures- I donât do this. Iâd hate opening to pictures of my fat-ass, honestly, but hey, if it helps get you going, go ahead.
Before and After- Look some before-and-after transformations up on the internet and see what you can find. If these people could do it, so can you, right?
Outfits- Look at outfits that youâll look better in thinner. Lose weight to get into those cute things.
Characters (works best from anime)- Hear me out here. Look for one of your favorite characters, preferably the best looking. Now, check out their bodies. Itâs likely that their bodies are super warped and thin, right? Thereâs some free, not suspicious thinspo! Even things like Barbie Dolls have the same affect! It works best with anime and Disney girls, since their bodies are usually off the charts.
Food
Safe Foods- Have a list of some foods that youâre comfortable eating. This is especially helpful if you include foods for restaurants in case you get invited out to eat.
Recipes- The same as safe foods. Have things to fill you up, donât seem suspicious, and are low-cal.
Measurement Conversions- Most of us change recipe measurements into smaller forms, like cups into tablespoons. This is why itâs good to remember that 1 cup is 16 tablespoons, 1 tablespoon is 3 teaspoons, etcetera, etcetera.
Exercise
Workouts- Make a list of basic workouts that you can throw together in different orders.
Week Plans- Set up exercise plans for your entire week, or if you want to, even later weeks. If you choose to do this, stick to it.
Body Part Focuses- Make a list of good exercises good for each body part.
Calorie Burns- This is a bit harder, and may require extra appa. You need to know how much youâre burning off with these exercises, so you know how much wiggle room you have.
Binge Distractions
TV Shows- Shows over movies. You can binge a series instead of your cabinets!
Realistic Bucket List- Make a long list of things you can try doing, and do them when you want to binge.
Gross Foods- Take pictures of the most revolting foods youâve ever seen. Look at them when hungry. Still want to eat?
Drawing Prompts- For my artists out there, make a list of bizarre, detailed drawing prompts. When youâre hungry, try and get one done. Make sure theyâre really big, and require heavy focus.
Other
Things You Like About Yourself- Self care (kinda), yaaaay. Look at this to improve your self-esteem.
Things You Want to Improve- Be detailed. Not just âeverything.â Whatâs your end goal? Do you want your collar bones visible? Do you want a thinner face?
Why Youâre Doing This- Think about it. What benefit does this hold?
Things Youâre Proud Of- Itâs good to acknowledge your accomplishments and congratulate yourself for them!
Dear Ana- This is something I do a lot. I make Ana into a person, and I write her notes. Sometimes I thank her for making me thinner. Sometimes I yell at her for ruining me. The choice is yours bro.
