What is the goal Star and Olivia work towards?

Star and Olivia come from the same AU, but both have different goals.

Star’s goal is to get his home AU completely back.

Star thinks Olivia’s goal is to go back to her home on the surface. [This is the reason why Star thinks Olivia is helping him].

Olivia chose to fall down with an unhappy reason. [Once she is able to do a reset, she deeply regrets her goal, but knows she would feel guiltier if she prevented Star from having his home AU]

Olivia was given the opportunity to complete her goal before Star fused her Soul with the save star, and she was close at one point by accident. [That accident lead to Star fusing Olivia’s soul the save star.]

However, Olivia has guilt of leaving Star completely alone and knows that if she explains to him her goal, Star wouldn’t go forward with his goal. Star cannot get his AU back without the help of Olivia because the determination monsters may develop isn’t strong enough to pull a reset.

It takes years for Olivia to develop enough determination to pull a reset, and during that time, they explore what is left of their AU.

The image provided shows what Star and Olivia are able to see.

Star is able to see the entire AU , but only certain parts are able to be interacted. If he takes one wrong step, he is gone for good.

Olivia is only able to see the parts that can be interacted with. If she takes a wrong step, she just has to load a file to undo her mistake.

Star!Sans [another oc]

Star and Olivia are from the same AU, an AU they don’t know the name of, but Start remembers snippets of it. Together they work towards recovering their home AU. Although their motives are different. [Star doesn’t know the reason why Olivia fell down in the first place. Olivia only helps Star from guilt of leaving him completely alone].
