Patrick Spin-Off

I haven’t posted in a while but I had to share my feelings about the spin-off show that Patrick from Spongebob is getting. Steven Hillenburg, the creater of Spongebob, talked about never wanting a spongebob spin-off. He said that a show with just Patrick would be “too much”. I personally believe that this is a grab for attention and relevance from nick. Steven Hillenburg was really amazing at what he did and he really made the show special when he was working on it. This is evident from the decline of the episode quality when Hillenburg stepped back from Spongebob, and the sudden increase of quality when he came back in 2015. Some of the people that worked with Hillenburg said that he would have absolutely hated any spin-offs. This is very disrespectful of Nickelodeon to do. This is the man who made Nick what it is and they blatantly go against his wishes. I will certainly not be watching this new show.

Pearl’s Real Mother

Alright so I have a theory about the true identity of Pearl’s mother. I think that there is a possibility that it is Mrs. Puff being her mother. Now this might sound crazy, and I know that a puffer fish and a crab doesn’t equal a whale, but this is the same world where snails and worms are considered pets, but all the other animals are considered people. Here is one piece of evidence: Pearl has yellow-blonde hair that is kinda short. Who else has that exact kind of hair? Mrs. Puff. Because of Pearl being a whale, she is thought of as being thicc. Who else in the show is thicc? Mrs. Puff. Now for my evidence that is involving Mr. Krabs’s relationship with the woman, Mrs. Puff. Now in the episode, Krusty Love, Mr. Krabs falls in love with Mrs. Puff when she walks into the Krusty Krab. Mr. Krabs acts like he doesn’t know her, possibly so they don’t want the rest of the city to know about their relationship. When Mr. Krabs sighs and says, “Oh, she’s married...” He is dissapointed because he thinks that Mrs. Puff has gotten over their relationship and had gotten married. He is relieved when Spongebob says, “Oh no Mr. Krabs, she’s single,” because he misses Mrs. Puff, and wants to restart their relationship. This is why Mr. Krabs spends so much money on her, because he feels bad for not being with her for these many years. He might also just want to flex on Mrs. Puff. In Krusty Love, they instantly fall in love, which might be because they met before. And they had a child together, who is Pearl. 

Or, another theory: Mrs. Puff and Mr. Krabs had a hook up one lonely night and Mrs. Puff got pregnant. Mr. Krabs tried to support her, because she had already had a husband. In the episode, Mrs. Puff is said to have had a husband, showing a lamp of a puffer fish, presumably her husband, and Mr. Krabs is told that she ,”doesn’t like to talk about it,” This is because back when Mrs. Puff got pregnant, her husband couldn’t believe that he had been cheated on, and he leaves her. 

Aight I never said I was a theorist, or that I know how to write things. I’m sorry if this theory has already been made, but I haven’t seen it yet, so if the theory already exists, my apologies.

For those wondering about the fate of the show. This also tells us that he was at the studio up until recently which shows that he was working on the show very shortly before his death. I’m still so heartbroken over this and the fact that Stephen kept his dedication to his show days/weeks before his death really shows his passion for the show and the fans. Rest easy Stephen 💕
