I consider myself a slow artist and a lot of my time is spent working or drawing things that I, by my own rules, cannot post publicly, so I'm sorry this blog gets updated wayyyy slower than I'd like TTvTT

One day I'll be making enough money that I can focus more time on oc stuff and personal art outside of the nsfw stuff, but for now I do not have the time, financial stability, or physical ability so for now we stay silly with it slowstyle

yo is anybody else having a nightmare time trying to use the new discovery feature on artfight this year? it used to be so simple and good and now it's total ass

wrong blog whoops. anyways.

like I tried to use the search function to see characters with the least attacks bc I like to attack lesser attacked ocs usually, and it only showed 2. 2 total results. not 2 pages, 2 RESULTS.

and then i went okay let me just try the discovery homepage and see NEW ocs added then. 4. 4 results.

what happeneeeeddddddd to being able to scroll endlessly through the new characters and users this is literally so ass?? (not the ocs, the results)

okay if i don't have the filter set to anything except the default date added (which is worded. incredibly confusingly as "latest to earliest") then I actually get results. but that defeats the purpose of having a filter option.........

Ykw it's pride month so I might as well give my 2c on this cuz these pennies in my hand are getting sweaty and it might only make sense 2 me but whatever it's my opinion. As a demisexual and demiromantic person I get really peeved when asexual/aromantic is used as an umbrella term for anybody with a non-normative relationship to sexuality and romantic attraction skewing on the side of less or limited attractions. I don't feel like i'm ace for being demi, because to me it's about HOW the attraction presents, not an entire lack thereof.

Ace and Aro are a SPECIFIC thing, which I am not!! I do not claim this label, and yet in queer spaces it's always the "and to all the ace and aro spectrum folks" to refer to EVERYBODY non-allo. Grits my teeth. Thanks for Sort Of Remembering We Exist I Guess.

I love my ace siblings of all flavors and i will defend everybody with my fucking LIFE, and if you like the label that's fine, do Notttt take me out of context for that. but for myself personally, I just truly wish that we didn't use ace/aro as the umbrella term for everybody because it feels like an entirely wrong framing from my perspective.

it makes me feel invisible because it's easier to reclassify me as something I'm not.

I remember for a very brief period, back when I was first learning about demisexuality it was considered under the grey umbrella and I don't know if that was just the place I came across it, or if that was popular but then ace became a more popular shorthand idk but I wish that was still the case because that feels more inclusive and less assumptive.

IDK it probably is just me that is bothered by this framing but it's really frustrating to me and I saw it happen AGAIN today and it made me bone deep ill so I just finally had to say something somewhere.

why youtube desktop playlist shuffle suck so much ass

I always put my main playlist on while I draw and I hate having the songs play in the same order so I always put it on shuffle but out of 1000+ videos it will only shuffle between a max of 10 and then loop back and repeat those same 10 unless i unshuffle skip manually and reshuffle and it's done this for years. sometimes it's only like 3 songs before it loops. why

i don't want to live like this why doesn't it just work like mobile youtube shuffle.
