I’ve been sitting on this vid for a month out of fear of the stigma with mental illness, not wanting to deal with the troll comments about how I’m doing it for attention, and all the other bullshit. But ultimately I’m happy that I’m putting it out there, despite everything I feared kinda coming to life in this, because fuck stigmas and fuck what other people think my intentions are and fuck yes to trying to manage my shit.
