FernGully: The Last Rainforest (1992)
Rewatching Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and the way the dark lord is stalking a 16 year old is crazy. And then he’s her dad? Bro, just show up for your child and quit being an avoidant.

Ten years later I can see how my feelings about my image have changed. I know myself now. I love myself and walk in joy and harmony with my purpose.
A love letter to Gaia
We would’ve never known that creeks flowing down from mountains that turn into rivers look like our blood vessels if it weren’t for science. Airplanes to see from above, medical technology to see inside. Isn’t it funny that the birds knew more about us than we did for millions of years?
The ocean must be our heart then.
From the ocean we came, to the ocean everything returns. The spring water, new life, fresh, flourishing and in a symbiotic relationship with the earth around it. Must return to the ocean one day. The spring water will leave its mark along the way. Every fish, blade of grass, lush moss, insect, animal, and human it came into contact with. Water holds memory, right? The water makes its way down the veins of streams and rivers, joining with more, until that beautiful day it arrives to be united with the great ocean. Changed, holding onto memories of a biome so beautiful.
And now, Darkness, void, being moved around, enmeshed, one consciousness.
And when this molecule, originating from a fresh mountain spring, has been changed over and over again, gets to change again.
The sun and land call the ocean back into the air to return to the beautiful biome it once knew.
Rain forms in the clouds and falls. The ground absorbs the rain, filtering the moisture through layers and layers of earth to create clean spring water. The energy must escape the earth and a spring forms! The cycle begins again.
I believe we are like the water. We are 80 % after all. Whether that is my souls journey through reincarnation or my physical body’s story- I don’t know how to separate the two. I know I am fully flesh and fully spirit. Not half of either. But two sides of the same coin. My body is my spirit animated. The earth is a part of us and we are a part of it. Too much of nature reflects that. Our bodies mirror patterns found in nature. If you cannot trust a God in a sky up above, trust your existence here and now. Treat the powerful force of nature with respect. Tell the trees, let the water carry your troubles away in the rivers current, protect the earth from evil. It is our only home.
