last night i had a dream where i had a health check up and they discovered an ectopic fetus inside my chest stuck to my heart and lungs four months old, alive and almost kicking and since i no longer have insurance, i could not have detected it earlier and it was too late, it was too big and too human and too miraculous it had to live it had to kill me its life was more important than mine
