During college for an assignment I made a short story about a mage and a knight who fall in love while off on a journey to save the princess, and I loved the concept so much I decided to turn it into a trailer… for their webcomic that doesn’t exist. This did trash on Insta so I’ve come to Tumblr as a last resort, but I hope people enjoy. Also there was meant to be music playing for it but I blame CapCut and my poor editing skills, so just use your ✨imagination✨

Hi there !!! I’m StarShifter !!!
I’m an artist and college student in need of support !!!
So for context I just finished my second semester in college, which I did almost perfectly on academically since most of my professors were understanding of me and my accommodations. I say most because one professor of mine completely ignored my accommodations. I requested extended due dates and to be able to get a participation grade from discussions by typing up my responses, but they were rude and didn’t let me even though I went to SDS about it.
Why is this important to my situation? Well, my family can’t afford private universities without the scholarships I’m getting from the school (as well as from third parties). The scholarships obviously heavily depend on academics. It is possible that my scholarship from the school will be lowered or even taken away because of the class I failed.
Why does this even matter to me ? Well, the school I’m currently enrolled in is one of the very few that offer the major I want to study in while also being (more) affordable and close to where my parents live, so in general it’s the best option for me and my family. I have done some research on the public universities in the area and while they technically aren’t bad schools they do not offer the major I really want to go in.
How can you help ???
I am not asking for anyone to donate because I feel bad when people ask for donations when I’m not able to. Instead, I’d appreciate if you’d just take a look at my art, here or on other platforms, (I’m most active on Instagram) and if you like my art, consider following !!!
