My mom is home from work today and has been giving me a ridiculous amount of food. Im already well over 1000 cals today and its only like 2pm. I feel all my hard work slipping away. All the weight coming back on my body. And its like 100° outside so I cant even work out.
I think im developing a workout addiction. Its like if im not moving all the time I feel like shit. I cant decide if im happy or sad about it.
So finished cycle one of the 2468 diet. I only lost a pound 🙃 not sure if im going to continue or not
When I die, one of my moots better salt and burn my body. I dont wanna stick around this shit hole 🙃 thanks.

Finally actually losing some weight. Today's limit is meant to be 600 and tomorrow's is 800 but like that seems like way too much.
Day 2 of the 2468 diet.
Breakfast: 1/2 creamy chocolate meal shake (95)
Lunch: 1 cup stir fry vegetables (50) and 1/2 cup white rice (85)
Dinner: chef salad (130)
Dessert: sugar free jello (5)
Limit 400 cals
Intake 365
Walked for 2 hours plus 30 minute dance workout.
