my favourite gravity falls fact i share with everyone i know is that when dipper is trying to unlock the computer in sock opera bill is actively playing with him before he even realizes it

i mean why would the computer just decide that the 382th time was the time that would delete all the data on the computer? that makes no sense

also, dipper was really sleep deprived so it's pretty easy to assume he fell asleep just long enough to more easily let bill into his mind, bill who then made it look like if dipper didn't make this deal, the computer would erase data

chell and stanley never talk but for very different reasons

i believe stanley is just actually mute. as in he can't speak. like the narrator didn't give him a voice or something. AUs where he can talk instead of communicating telepathically or signing genuinely disturb me /hj

chell doesn't talk but it's just because she doesn't want to show weakness. talking back to GLaDOS would be admitting that being stuck in aperture really is getting to her. i think she can speak but knows that would only make her more vulnerable.
