people approaching from out of her field of vision has always been a pet peeve of hers, but the silk flow of words let the tension in her shoulders drop as she fully turned, heart-rate still a bit high, but bearable. the tap made her want to FLINCH, though. yoko held herself back as she turned to look at them, eyes blinking & ears open. had this person realized that she stared at the sleeping bag inside for too long while thinking about theft? ( though her worries were not really confirmed as a second question followed up right after. )

The surprise in her is expected, but they still feel a tad guilty for having to resort to such measures. The matter was, more or less, trivial—something to be resolved with a good night’s sleep and a hard stare at their wallet. No turning back now, though!
