This is presented in the format of feeling, when felt, similarities to and name, if/when it has been decided (will be edited in).
Feeling: The "butterflies in your stomach" suddenly rise and burn away at your insides (mainly targeting your lungs, heart, stomach, hands, legs and brain the most, but is felt strongest at the heart and stomach) and try to make an escape through your mouth, but you're /not/ vomiting at all. It starts as you're saying it, gradually gets stronger while your saying it and climaxes after it's said, especially if you get a response.
When felt: In social situations, examples being when talking to someone you're scared of, scared of someone's response after you've said something, or talking to your crush. This can even take place online, but it is a lot stronger when you are face-to-face with the person. It also seems to be stronger when on a romantic level, but due to the fact that this is common on a platonic level for me, it hits hardest then.
Similar to: Worry, anxiety, unease, distrust.

Feeling: The period of time between a situation where you do something irrational before and after realise you are in the wrong. The feeling is you realising it, and heavily analysing yourself, the situation, what was said/done by both parties and the (normally, but doesn't have to be) intense thought that accompanies this.
When felt: Social situations again, in arguments with friends/partners/family/significant other, or as simple as saying "1 + 1 = 3" and the thought that goes in your head to say "but that's actually wrong, it's 2, not 3".
Similar to: Unsure - this feeling seems to be commonly held, but there are no synonyms that I'm aware of that match it.

Feeling: The goosebumps you get when listening to music, which then leads on to another feeling (which can be anything). It normally makes you appreciate the song more, but it can also strike you on a deeper level or make you feel wistful.
When felt: Most of the time this is exclusive to when you are listening to music, but even reading lyrics, paragraphs in a book or hearing words spoken, and even texted to you are other places where something very similar is felt.
Similar to: This encompasses a range of things and is highly context-specific, but it can be happiness, nostalgia, sadness, relatability, empathy and can make you cry too.
