I’ve wanted to host a mythology event for myself and my followers to participate in an attempt to flood Tumblr with lovely mythology-themed edits so here is the schedule of the event

Aqueritus Mun: A Roleplay

Hey guys! Just putting this out there in case there re any takers. (And if you aren’t interested, a nice reblog would be great, thanks, just go get the word out there!) So, I am Amanda, or Starfish, and my friend and I are working on creating a large RP with massive worldbuilding and all that jazz. It started out as just us two, but we realized that we want to share the fun, so here is some information!

About the World: 

Aqueritus Mun is a land of only water, though ancient lore describes the land as dry, with perhaps a few bodies of water on each side, and some fresh water within. The planet was covered in life, green and plenty until Aqueritus Mun was flooded by a scientific catastrophe, a terraforming experiment gone awry that led to a large reduction in land mass, and the people were forced to find a new way of life. In the north, there are the tribal Salvis, making their home on what little ice caps remain there. In the air are the advanced peoples of Tien-Cheng, the sky-whale nations which preside over the tides and the Oikos below, tradesman working and living on gigantic ship-cities, endlessly travelling the currents. Finally, there is tell of a land that went untouched by the flood, where flora and fauna thrive. This land is Zikanja, where the Zikanite Peoples live.

This is mostly just an interest check, as I would like to have a conversation with you before signing you on full time. Please know that this will be a detailed process, we will expect you to RP paragraph style, third person. However, if you get signed on for worldbuilding, you will have a set place in the RP. Those not signed on for worldbuilding will have a chance to join later if they would like. 

Be aware that we have conversations on Skype, this is where our conversations on worldbuilding will take place. We may have calls every now and then, but you are not required to take part in them. You will never be required to do a video call.
