my friend persuaded me to hack my 3ds and i havent even started yet but ive been looking into the games i wanna play on it and. yeah

DID IT! It was genuinely SO easy, I followed this video but here's how you do it:

YOU WILL NEED:

A hacked 3DS. My friend used a New 3DS, I used an old 3DS XL. Hacking your 3DS is easier than you think; just follow this guide carefully: https://3ds.hacks.guide/

A computer. I think there's a way to do this with an android phone but I have no idea how to do that.

An SD card and a way to put it in your computer. I used this card reader.

A copy of Fallout. I used the Steam version of Fallout.

HOW TO DO IT:

Connect your SD card into your computer and open its folder.

Open your 3ds folder within the card, create a new folder called 'Fallout' within it:

3. Locate your Fallout folder. Since I have the Steam version, mine's in my steamapps folder.

4. Copy the DATA folder, CRITTER.DAT and MASTER.DAT files...

...to the 'Fallout' folder you made in your 3ds folder.

5. Go to the Fallout.cia github and download the fallout-ce.cia file (the second one pictured):

6. Copy the fallout-ce.cia file you just downloaded to your 'cias' folder within your SD card. If you don't have a 'cias' folder, you can just make one. I got an error saying there was no space and had to delete some stuff to make room but my SD card is only 4GB.

7. Eject your SD card and put it back in your 3DS.

8. Turn on your 3DS and open FBI:

9. Navigate to SD > cias > fallout-ce.cia, then select it to install the file

10. Go to your home menu and 'unwrap' Fallout, which should now be there. I had to open another program then close it to return to the home menu a second time but you likely won't have to do that. Fallout should now be playable on your 3DS!

The controls are entirely touch screen, similar to how the game can be played with just a mouse. I haven't played much yet but I can tell the controls will take some getting used to. Worth it to be able to play Fallout on the bus though.

Why can't we just conquer the United States?

Sorry this is stupid but someone genuinely tell me why all these countries cannot recognize all the pain and suffering these poor people go through every day and just conquer it. The Peoples Republic of China could easily take it over, especially with all of our allies so I don't understand why we don't put people out of their pain and just free them.

If you want a serious answer, China and Russia are pretty much allies with North Korea (supplying them with food and aid, they're going through a famine right now, but won't accept aid hardly at all even from China and Russia). In case you don't pay attention to the news, those are kinda two of the biggest threats to the US right now. They also have a sizable amount of nukes (China and Russia, NK is still trying to get their missile system in order).

I also like to run a thought experiment sometimes with myself about NK gaining independence. A country that's been isolated for so long (not completely, but a lot)where a good chunk of the population are brainwashed into thinking the West is horrible (which is debatable) and they should kill all Americans. Apparently there was a small coo (you know the thing that's like a French word or something where civilians try to over throw the government) a few summers back, and that freaked out the government enough that they have REALLY shut down the border and made it nearly impossible to escape the country.
