Sometimes you just eat too much junk, talk too much, say things you should not have said, treat other people poorly (even though you do not intend to do so), think negatively about yourself and others, cry for no reason, get angry at the world and cannot be there for someone else because you are just too busy with fighting your own battle. And you know what? This is absolutely okay. None of these things take away your progress, your worth or the fact that you are a loveable human being. Yes, it happens, we mess up. And that is completely normal. You need to love yourself especially during the hard times; I know I do.
