A short summary of the blog content:

A little bit of everything, but mostly, my opinion about the books I'm reading, which range from fantasy to mystery. Maybe I'll pass a review here from time to time.

I also like to talk about series and movies and I love acting and writing. Also love art, fanarts and drawings

Regarding the sagas of which I am a fan, I want to make clear:

Love SJM books, i'm pro feysand, i also like Nesta and Chaol, and i'm pro gwyriel, Above everything else in general I love everything 😂, and I love talking about details and things about the series and I accept that they are not perfect yet still love them with all my heart.

I have read The Cruel Prince trilogy, i have the stolen herir but still haven't read it, i need to refresh my mind in everything that happen in the last book before reading it because i finish the trilogy last year. Nothing very remarkable to say, I'm a fan 😅.

I love love loveee Agggtm, can't wait for the series, love the casting, argue with the wall, huge fan of the trilogy, My favorite is the third one.

I have a thing, that if the book makes me cry, i love that book, so i'm open to recommendations.

And of course, a fan of Fourth Wing.

Among other books that I love are:

Three dark crowns (i'm reading the third book), a savage song bilogy, i love it, vicius bilogy, the Kingdom bridge, and i don't remember any other right now 😅.

Jinx is an extremely touchy person. She wraps around like a coil around the person she loves, no matter what. It's most evident with Silco and her helping him with his daily injection—no matter what, Silco allows his daughter to curl and coil and wrap around him, giving no thought to her embrace. That's his child, why wouldn't he let her barge into his office while he's balancing books and lean against him whenever she feels like it.

We see this with Isha too. And Vi.

We also see this with Powder and Ekko.

In Benzo's workshop, Powder just wraps around Ekko like she belongs in his space. She leans into him, constantly getting in close because Ekko is the central focus of her affections here.

So when Ekko starts showing signs of discomfort around her, and he acts bizarrely throughout the day, she slowly pulls back. When they enter Vander's bar, she's dragging Ekko around without a care. By the end of that scene and as they enter Powder's place, visiting Vi's shrine, Powder has backed off. She knows something's up.

Even when Ekko apologizes with Vi's mural, Powder still knows something's different with Ekko and keeps a respectful distance. With Isha and Silco, and to an extent Warwick and Vi, she likes being in their spaces. Being all up in their faces.

It's when the episode implies that Powder has figured it out, checking through Ekko and Heimerdinger's notes that this Ekko has been pulled in by the Wild Rune from another dimension that she starts to close in just a bit more. She watches him, drinking in the fact that this Ekko is so much like the one she loves, but also so different. So new.

So she starts slow.

Watching him. Giving him her attention. The first time she finally, truly touches him again is when she plucks off Heimerdinger's hair off his face—and Ekko doesn't shy away this time.

We see this as well in the dance. Ekko and Powder, even as the world melts away around them, still have a respectful yet intimate distance between them. They dance around each other, before slowly but surely dancing into each other.

During their talk, Powder finally reclaims her spot beside him. Leaning into him. Breathing him in. And Ekko lets her.

We finally see this dynamic at play once more when Ekko asks her to "pretend like it's the first time."

She knows. She isn't pretending here. She knows she's giving Ekko his first kiss, their first kiss.

Powder has probably wanted to just touch Ekko these past few days, but she knew something was different. And when she watched Ekko leave for his universe, she felt relieved to have her Ekko back, while still cherishing those precious few moments she had with our Ekko, as seen when she tucks away his necklace.

It's such a subtle thing. Unspoken, but extremely prevalent.

Presenting my blood, sweat and tears, the sweetest bane of my existence..

i’ve done it. i wrote my book, and now I’m going to publish it. (oh my god, I’m actually saying this and it feels too real help)

I spent 7 months writing the first draft of this book with tons of breaks and very long periods of writer’s blocks.. and then another 5 months editing and revising and formatting and oh my god the process was (still is) endless. but hey, im nearly at the very end, and by january my debut novel will be out in the world (OH MY GOD HELP)

right, so anyway.

since tumblr is my favorite book community, i thought why not announce it here? im really hoping my 400 followers will back me up here because although im not here for the money i did not spend so much time juggling writing and school and just life with my head buried in google docs typing out this 150k word novel (which i somehow managed to get down to 130k because god, 150k is a 600 page book..) for no one to read it. id like some reads please 😭

Rape is both emotional and physical abuse and anything that is not 100% consent is rape. Being forced to have sex with someone out of fear is rape. Being forced to have sex with someone for “benefits” such as going outside is rape. Being forced to have sex with someone to prove your loyalty to them is rape.

If you’re put in any sexual situation where you are forced to do things and not because you genuinely want to, that is rape. Rhys did not 100% consent to his “relationship” (if you could even call it that) with Amarantha. He literally talks about how he was suicidal for a while because of what was happening to him Under The Mountain but it was all consensual? He was just a sex worker?

Two of the most ridiculous points this person makes is one, saying rape isn’t emotional abuse. And two, insinuating that being a “sex worker” made everything that happened to Rhys completely fine.

Sex workers are taken advantage of all the time. That’s one of the most dangerous parts of it. Being a sex worker does not always equal to consenting to everything you do. It’s not this glamorous job where you’re just consenting to everything and having sex for the fun of it. Therefore slapping the term “sex worker” onto Rhys as a way to invalidate his decades of sexual abuse is nothing short of demented.

And rape is most definitely emotions abuse. A lot of the time rape is used to control someone as seen with Amarantha and Rhys. She wanted to punish him because his father killed her friend and she wanted to prove his loyalty to her. It was literally about breaking him down and that’s why he still has trauma from it. You can’t look at the mental scars Rhys has because of Amarantha and boldly claim that wasn’t rape. You can’t read him clearly saying “she made me fuck her” and boldly claim that it wasn’t rape.

This person is not a child so there’s no valid excuse for this mentality. It’s just blatant vile ignorance and a nasty soul.

I don’t care how you “interpret” Rhys and Amarantha under the mountain. I don’t give a flying fuck if you hate his character but THIS👆is how Sarah wrote his time under the mountain. THIS👆is how she wrote the aftermath of Rhys’ time UTM. You don’t get to sit there and say he wasn’t raped just because you think he’s the ultimate evil whatever. This kind of talk is really giving “But they said yes” when the attacker gave them no other choice but to say yes.

Sarah wrote his story only SHE gets the final say in what happened to him under the mountain. And by the quotes from the book above I’d say everyone who says Rhys wasn’t raped is fucking wrong cause Sarah wrote otherwise.

I think this could be interesting because based on the title I think the song could be about Caitlyn in the series. With her mother dead (I will be shocked if she survives. As someone who knew lol lore I was still more sure she died than Jayce and Viktor would survive) we know that she would now be the head of house Kiramman.

Based on the trailer it looks like both Caitlyn and Jinx are going to be positioned as leaders/figure heads in Piltover and Zaun respectively. Burdens they didn’t want in the first season. And it will effect who they are moving forward, putting Jinx on a lighter path of rediscovery and learning to move forward and Caitlyn on a darker path of obsession and being stuck in the past (if my speculation on their respective arcs in the second act is true).

The enemy music video was very Jinx/Powder centric and was a fascinating exploration of Jinx’s character. I think using this song’s music video to explore Caitlyn and her parallels to Jinx (or even just Caitlyn’s struggles this season) could be just as compelling.

Every time Taylor has talked about politics she has always made a point to say that she did her research and made her own informed decision. She has always encouraged people to do the same .

I have a lot of respect for that because someone else in her shoes might simply say “Trump sucks, vote blue, I am!!! 💙🩵” but instead she is encouraging people to make educated, informed choices rather than simply following someone else’s lead.

This is importent because that is the difference between an influencer and a role model.

• An influencer will say “buy this car, because I have one and I love it,”

• A role model says “I did a lot of research about which car to buy, and for me the right choice is this one, because A,B, C. I encourage you to also do your homework and make your own choice based on what matters to you in a car. Here are some links about how to get involved in the process. Research and see which one will work best for you.”

I just want appreciate the posters all together. Look at these!!! Look how Jinx is in some way a part of every single one.
