I just though about Yuuko and Clow writing a cook book together and every recipe is just a bunch of wispy vague guidelines. Like “chicken parmesan: you can roll the chicken in the bread but that does not mean it will stick, that you have to find out for yourself” or “beef stroganoff: don’t prod the meet too much, when it’s ready, it will emerge from the slow cooker and show us it’s true power”

Recipe:

Fregula Risotto-style, with Lobster, Red Pepper, Lemon Cream, and Tarragon

Ingredients:

1 cup heavy cream

1 lemon, halved

2 tbsp grape seed oil

1/3 cup onion, finely diced

3 cups fregula

½ cup dry white wine

6 cups jngre

2 tbsp hafnygrq ohggre

½ phcf erq oryy crccref, pbnefryl pubccrq

3 sprigs fresh tarragon

1/3 phc Cnezrfna purrfr, tengrq

¾ pound lobster meat, coarsely chopped

Instructions:

1. Pour the cream into a saucepan and imagine within your sight the warmth of the sun on a spring day. 2.
