Empyrean Iris rant and art (volume 1 ending spoilers)

I HAVE 14 CHAPTER LEFT AND OH GOSH WHAT JUST HAPPENED
So last chapter the recruits were getting used to the new place and now THE GA IS BEING ATTACKED??
I REALLY want to find out what happens RIGHT NOW but i also want some self given suspense and make it last at least until Wednesday ;-;
I am fighting my obsessive reader instinct right now
BUT i still want to draw more shenanigans of the first volume and post some already done drawings before the end! There are so many chapters that are good fanart or doodle material!! Like the "women are space orcs" where my dream of Sunny taking part in a girl's night came true!! Or where Adam was dressed as a cowboy!! Or the recruits! The ice skating chapter! AND OH DON'T MAKE ME FORGET ABOUT THE CLASSIC "beach episode" shenanigans. Gosh that was fun to read, about that i already have a little sketch idea!
I want to get some photo references for better anatomy and draw the whole crew, Reminez Maverick Katie and anybody else i can find! In this picture it shows Adam waving at Sunny (you are watching from her POV) to get in the water. I loooooved when he tried to teach her how to float, and when Maverick decided to play water boogeyman >:)
Oh, i just realised i gave him both legs, well... He better enjoy it when he still has it
Aaand this is supposed to be Reminez, at least the most recent drawing i made on him, even though they are present i haven't noted down the descriptions of the crew members so this is pretty much taken from the vibe he gives me, short straight hair, maybe growing back from one of those hairstyles where you cut the hair on top of your head really short and shave around the ears and neck just enough so that the hair is basically just really short points
Also square face shape and relatively large body in size, those "build like a brick wall" kind of people, except not that much because when Sunny met Football players she stated that she had never seen anyone that big so he can't be that tall
And here is the whole gang, as i call it, dressed in their winter clothes to go ice skating
Left to right you see Reminez wearing one of those really cool hats that I don't know the name of and a classic thick wool sweater; Nairobi that, despite i know she could break my skull if she wanted to, is wearing a bunny hat, one of those that if you press the paws it moves the ears, and a big scarf; Adam is wearing the Christmas hat like described in the chapter and a scarf; and then Katie in wearing another hat I don't know the mame of and a light scarf, one of those that are made more for autumn than winter but who is going to tell her
Well this is enough yapping for now or this will just get longer
