Who was the first to propose: Frank, hands down. Karen thinks about it but doesn’t go through with asking because she doesn’t want to push or overstep in case it’s a trigger.
Who stressed more over wedding planning: I don’t think either of them would be stressed. Frank would just go with whatever she wanted.

A head canon: One day Frank tells her to get ready because he wants to take her somewhere to meet someone important to him and they end up at the cemetery. He sees the shock on her face and says that she doesn’t have to go if she doesn’t want to or if it makes her uncomfortable but she dismisses that and he takes her to Lisa and Frank J.r. so they can meet her.
