I miss my ex so much that i dont know what to do they left two a year ago today and they cheated but i miss them and dont know how to stop being such an idiot about them when they keep hurting me

First off I'm so sorry they cheated on you, that's horrible.Secondly, there's really not much you can do except one day decide to just stop being upset. Of course you'll have relapses into crying - trust me you definitely will - but just dust yourself off and pick yourself up and keep going. Don't think of them as an obstacle to get past, and don't beat yourself up when you get down. You'll push through and come out victorious. ❤️❤️
