your doubts don’t stop you, your believes don’t help you. whether you’re happy or sad, depressed or euphoric - it doesn’t matter. your current mind stays here while your consciousness moves.

shifting is an act of becoming aware. awareness isn’t regulated by your emotions or feelings. it’s basic, it can’t be impacted by your mindset. you are aware of your surroundings whether you doubt it or not. doubts won’t make it less real and strong belief won’t make it more real.

you can’t be slowed down from leaving by something that stays behind.
