Hows you get so good at posing /human anatomy? Im very curious

By cheating using a lot of reference images!

Artists are nothing without their reference images. If you think you're above it, you are actively choosing to lie to yourself. So use 3D models, pose mannequins, and take pictures!

They're there to help you and not hinder you. The mind alone can lie to you, it's that's why many artists need to flip the canvas before finishing a picture. If people tell you it's cheating, proceed to tell them to stick a boot up their ass cause it's been a long-time technique used by masters. Personally, I love looking at model photographs and getting ideas from old comic book art, but on occasion, I like to pose 3d models for difficult perspectives.
