Thomaserena has been organizing to help several Sudanese families, some who have relocated to Egypt and others that remain in Sudan. In addition to these families, he is also helping a community kitchen afford their operating costs so they can continue to serve displaced families with no where else to turn for meals, clean water, and shelter.
The monthly goals are 72k on gfm for the families and 28k on chuffed for the kitchen.
The operating cost of the kitchen continues to increase due to rising inflation and the ongoing water shortage.
