"I'll have some egg for diner." I have shot foxes with my camera many times, but these animals keep surprising me. This time I came across a young mother who found a large egg that she was gently transporting before eating it.

Elephant The new elephant enclosure in city zoo Artis, where one of the paths provides a low point of view on the impressive animals.

Red swamp crayfish I knew these little fellows were invasing Amsterdam and other parts of the Netherlands, but never came across them before. Until today, when they were crossing my street. And they were with many. But so were the gulls that have them for dinner.
